Four Generations

Last week, Mom and Granny came to visit and we had four generations all together. Rachelle just had her baby boy, Levi, and they had conference tickets, and they wanted to play with Manu. All good reasons for a visit :) We had so much fun. Manu is right on the verge of crawling and sitting up and she was so happy to have all the extra attention. We also got to play in the pool. Our apartment pool has been closed on and off this summer so they kept it open a little longer, which was perfect for us. Manu also got her first tooth while they were here, October 2nd, she was five months and two weeks old. As always it was great to have some extra hands and now I am having withdrawals again. But Manu is a great baby, she is doing so much better as far as being happy and playing with her toys and taking naps. She just has so much personality, she is very smiley and giggley and very inquisitive.

We are still waiting to hear about the house we made an offer on, nothing yet. And Si'i is still studying hard at work. Other than our visitors, we don't have a lot going on. So, if anyone wants to come visit, you are invited!

This is Manu teething. She liked to chew on this ice pack in a ziploc bag. I feel sorry for the poor girl, we didn't really think she was teething until the tooth popped out so she just had to tough it out... no teething tablets or anything!

Manu loved the pool, it made me kind of sad that I didn't start letting her swim until just a couple weeks ago. Now the pool is closed for the winter, but maybe we will go to the indoor one a few times now that we have a whole pack of swim diapers to use :)

  3. For some reason I'm now allowed on your blog. Yeah! Manu is so beautiful! Is she going to have your blue eyes? Your mom looks like she is loving being a grandma. Loved catching up on your blog!
